By accessing or using the CinemaMade platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Use of the Service

CinemaMade grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content without permission
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use AI tools to generate content that violates any laws or third-party rights

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. CinemaMade reserves the right to terminate accounts at its discretion if these Terms are violated.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the CinemaMade platform — including videos, text, graphics, and AI-generated tools — is owned by or licensed to CinemaMade and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our prior written consent.

Content you create using our AI tools remains your property, subject to our license to use anonymized data to improve our services.

6. User Content

By submitting content to our platform (e.g., portfolio projects, forum posts), you grant CinemaMade a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CinemaMade does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CinemaMade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
